if there is a deadline on the artwork, an extra fee may be determined by how short it isi may provide additional alternatives of the artwork with my own artistic freedom, these wont be chargedif you dont respond for a prolonged period of time after i have sent the completed artwork, i will mark the order as complete and send the final delivery regardless. this is applicable to orders with deadlines

REVISIONS
if you request for excessive revisions or edits i will starting charging fee's for each change, starting at $5mistakes in the sketching or artwork stages will not count as one of the free revisions or edits, mistakes will be fixed without issuei will only provide a few simple edits after the artwork is finished, any great changes/edits will come with an extra chargeif possible, please send a list of all the changes you want in one-go, if you ask for edits and changes in along the way i will charge extraCOPYRIGHT
if you have not paid commercial use fees, any artwork from me is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. that means you can not monetize or profit from the artwork financiallyyou are allowed to modify the artwork with MY consent, if you modify the artwork without authorization that will be perceived as a direct violation of my terms of serviceyou may use the artwork as your profile picture, banner, etc. doing so does NOT require crediting me in your bio or status, but you must credit me if questionedPROPERTY RIGHTS
Unauthorized use of my artwork for merchandise or any financial gain/monetization is strictly prohibited if you did not buy commercial rights.do NOT remove my watermark, it MUST stay on the artwork. commercial artwork is an exception to thiswith commercial use, you are allowed to print copies, sell merchandise, use on monetized videos or streaming services, etc. even with commercial use, you must credit me and you may not modify the artwork without my consentyou do NOT have any rights to use the artwork until payment has been processed

REFUNDS
refunds are usually eligible before the sketching phase, after the sketch has been done and approved, refunds are no longer an optionyou can be entitled to a refund on orders with no progress for more than 3 consecutive monthsif the artwork is not done before a specified deadline, you will get a partial refund*if i refuse or cannot continue on the artwork, i will provide a partial refund based on how much progress there isif for any reason a refund cannot be issued, i will work with you to figure out an alternative compensation method

please provide a neat and clear reference sheet and/or concept art of the character you would like to have drawni can decline any commission for any reason that i may or may not disclose, this does not always mean the customer is entitled to a full refundplease be on alert for messages from me as it may be important especially if we have discussed a deadline, you are responsible for reaching out to meif there is progress on the artwork and there is no payment for a prolonged period of time, i may cancel the commission and you will have to pay a fee (or even repay double) for me to continueany ill or hostile behavior during the process will NOT be tolerated and may result in the cancellation of the commissionyou may request for work in progress imagesif you wish to contact me relating to business, you may email me at [email protected]

how long does it take for you to create a piece?
as stated on my main page, commissions take from a few days to a few months. it can take from a couple days depending on the complexity of the art, up to a yearwill you show the artwork and/or the work in progress to anybody else?
